Here are some questions that we often get asked. If your question is there, please get in contact with us and we will answer you as soon as we can.
Ordering Process
You can start your order process by going through the Create your own design page and designing a product for us to quote. Alternatively you can contact one of our sales agents and they can have the process started for you.

Here at Oxygen Threads we try to simplify the process for you as much as possible by starting with all the information in regards to your requirements. A good foundation leads to a great end result!
We start with the initial consultation, where we talk about what you are trying to achieve and what your vision is for your order.
We then move to the sample section.
This is where it starts getting exciting!
In this section we start a full design process from material to design and product finishings. We can provide you with a sample for your approval.
Once the sample is approved we move into manufacturing the complete order.
We do have minimum order quantities on some garments. It is dependent on the garment composition and design. Get in contact with us to talk about your order and how we can help.
Shipping
We do ship internationally. As we manufacture some of our products overseas, we have the ability to ship globally.
In order to give you the best possible price on your order, we ship the most economical and effective way possible. If you wish to use your own courier account or means of shipping then please let us know before shipping so that we can organise it accordingly.
The duration of shipping depends on the location of where it is shipping from and where the end destination is. As we have updates on where your order is, we will be able to update you.
Returns
We strive to make sure that the quality and design of the products that you have ordered are of a high standard and are accurate. This is why we have checkpoints through out the ordering process to make sure that the risk of something going wrong is minimal.
If there is a manufacturing issue with your order, please get in contact with us ASAP and we will work out a solution that suits.
